Welcome!!!
That lamp shade is a a little project I did recently. Guess I should've done a post about it. It's a $5 Wal-Mart shade wrapped with jute. I did a braid for the top and bottom. I like how it turned out.
More peonies and a chick n' hen from our yard. Love the texture of the bag hanging on the wall.
This is the other side of the room. Sometimes we take the table and umbrella out into the sun for drinks.

The play area. The doll house Mr. CC and I made for Ms. E on her 4th birthday. Can't believe she'll be 13 in less that two months!
So that's it, our favorite room in the summer. We listen to music and watch movies out here. And there's one thing I didn't show you, our pool! It's not very pretty so I didn't included it, but it's right outside the garage door. I just love our sunroom!! Thanks for stopping by! Hope you enjoyed your visit. : )
Now I'm off to lounge outside. Have a great day!

Is this seriously the room attached to your garage?! It looks awesome Catie! Nice job! Looks very inviting/welcoming on a hot summer day.
ReplyDeleteNice! I love the soothing color palette and bringing a collection of things together to make it work. I hope Canada Day has lots of fireworks?
ReplyDeleteFabuloso! What a great outdoor room. Love all your pretty white touches too. That could and would not last in my house LOL. thanks for joining my newbie party.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! I love it! and...you know what would look awesome...if you made a rope-framed mirror for over the sofa, like I am going to make for my home tomorrow!! it would fit so nicely with the nautical feel you have going=)
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great day!

what a great space you have!
ReplyDeleteI love the room and all of the textures, they add so much interest to the space. I love the boat, we have one very much like this. Years ago a lady gave it to my son when he way about 5 or 6. Now at 12 he does not really care for it that much anymore so I painted it white. It looks so much like yours. I want to put it on my mantel at some point this summer. Or maybe on the front porch as a summer decoration.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic place for your family to hang out. I love your blue wall. :)
